I spent most of the day sorting and preparing for this week’s virtual Pampered Chef Party. The tricky part, is the host and co-host live in Japan.

For dinner tonight, I fried some Chicken Thighs and opened a jar of Beets we picked up at Costco. Morgan made stuffing, and Sophie made Broccoli.
