Today was a crazy technology drives me crazy kind of day. I had a very important email in my sent items, but none of the people who were sent it received it. Long story short, the message was sent at 11:15 a.m., but no one received it until 4:30! So, I spent over FOUR hours having people ask me (repeatedly) when we were going to send it. And, I was at a medical appointment until 11 a.m. needless to say, not much other work was done at my day job.
For dinner, I made a new recipe we found online, and it was amazing! We based our meal off of an Easy Beef and Broccoli recipe we found by Kelly Senyei of Just a Taste. We made it our own by using the meat we had on hand, Sirloin and additional vegetables, and we cooked it in our Nonstick Stainless Steel Wok. I served mine over Brown Rice.

We also added Mushrooms and Red Bell Pepper. The only thing I’d change if we made it again would be to put a touch less Soy Sauce. It calls for a half cup of low sodium Soy Sauce, but it was still a little salty. I’d probably cut it down to a third-cup.
