Mid-Week Leftovers

I’m soooo ready for the weekend! Too bad we’re only half way there. Another long day on the job.

I chose leftovers for dinner tonight. I ate a Tri-Tip, Asparagus, Garlic-Roasted Vegetables, White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, a tiny piece of leftover Salmon and a bowl of Salad.
