Bacon Two Ways

Today I closed out my first Pampered Chef party of the new year. I ended up THREE new members on my team. It was a great start to help celebrate the 40th anniversary.

For dinner, I made Bacon two ways. First, I wrapped it around Boneless Skinless Thighs. Then, I chopped some up to mix in with our Roasted Brussels Sprouts.

Not too many carbs today. I think we may they this thing where we try to cut out some of the processed foods. We shall see how that goes.
