We had planned on having our Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs until we realized we forgot to thaw the chicken. Thankfully, our Quick Cooker was there to jump into action. It went from a solid block of ice to ready to eat in 15 minutes. We paired it with Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts for a great meal made at home.

After dinner and catching up on The Good Doctor and The Prodigal Son, I put the girls to bed and headed out on my last Tuesday night walk of my 40s. It was extra dark out there, but I made it hope safely with another 11,237 steps under my belt. That brings me to 27/27 with only THREE days to go!
