Tonight we had a Fried Chicken Dinner just like my mom used to give us when I was growing up. It was complete with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Coleslaw and a Biscuit.

The KFC Family Meal Deal was just enough to fill us up, and our personal GrubHub driver picked it up while I was on my walk.

I took Daisy on our extra long walk tonight. It was long because I was a big slug for most of the day in my recliner. I ended the day with 10,899 steps on my last Sunday in my 40s. That’s 25/25 with FIVE days to go!
