After having a restful day in my recliner and organizing my home office a bit, we teamed up to make dinner.
This was our second time making Quick Cooker Cheddar Broccoli Risotto with Chicken, and I think it was even better this time. Jennifer chopped the veggies and pressed the garlic, Sophie made sure we had just the right amount of broth, Morgan shredded the cheese, and I was chicken chopper and put it all together.

After watching the season finale of Master Chef on Hulu, I noticed I barely hit my 2,000-step mark for the day. I took a solo walk and ended up with 10,037 steps. That puts me at 16/16 with only 14 days to go!
