We tried a Pampered Chef recipe we’ve been meaning to make for a long time. Quick Cooker Cheddar Broccoli Risotto with Chicken was amazing, and since it’s made in the Quick Cooker, it was super fast!

I ended up taking TWO dogs for a walk because Johann gave up and would not go any farther if his life depended on it. As soon as I turned around to go home, he ran as fast as his little legs would take him! And, he wasn’t going to be fooled into going the long way back or around a block. He knew where he was going, and nothing was going to stand in his way!

Daisy is not as good on a leash and spent nearly the whole walk trying to pull my shoulder from its socket. We ended up the night with 11,219 steps putting me at 7/7 with 23 days left!
