After a Labor Day relaxing at home and getting things a little more organized in my home office, Sophie asked me if I wanted to go for a ride. She’s our driver-in-training and needs to log more hours. She also wanted to go and possibly put in an application for a job. How she would get to work if hired remains a mystery.

I agreed to let her drive because I was getting hungry and it was obvious no one in the house was planning on cooking anything. So I ordered from Citi BBQ and let her drive me to pick it up. She did a good job and returned me and the food home safe and sound.

I had Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Sausage, Baked Beans, Potato Salad and Corn Bread. It was amazing, but I just didn’t have room for our Peach cobbler. I guess I’ll have to eat that tomorrow!
