I know our Quick Cooker recipe says you can have a roast on a weeknight, but even with the speed of pressure, I’ve been getting home too late to make it. So, tonight, we made Quick Cooker Roast with Buttery Mashed Potatoes.

Sophie is a huge fan of the buttery mashed potatoes cooked in the Quick Cooker’s Ceramic Pot, and I do agree with her assessment to the tasty goodness.

We ran out of carrots, but we did try the Herb & Onion Slow Cooker Seasoning. I’d probably add more next time.
