I came home after an extra long day at work, and Jennifer already had dinner in the Quick Cooker, and boy was it smelling good!
We had a Pampered Chef recipe, Quick Cooker with Pot Roast with Mashed Potatoes. In about 30 minutes, the very juicy and perfectly tender potatoes we ready to eat. It’s hard for me to remember having such a juicy roast!

The ceramic pot was perfect for cooking the potatoes inside the cooker while it was cooking the roast. The only minor glitch was that she didn’t put the ceramic pot on its wire rack, which made it more difficult to get out once it was done cooking.
