We tried a new recipe tonight, and when we make it again, we might make a few tweaks.
We followed the recipe for Skillet Dijon Chicken & Mushrooms with Asparagus except we had more chicken than the one pound it called for. It was tasty, but we may add a few more spices to the chicken, and the sauce didn’t thicken as much as it showed in the recipe. We might add a bit of corn starch next time.
Overall, I thought the meal was good. Maybe we can make it great next time.
